My card is expired, what do I do?

If you would like to renew your card, just log in to your WeSwap account from our website and request your card from there. This option is currently not available on the App.
Click the banner at the top of the screen reminding you to renew your card and follow the instructions.
If you have changed your address since you created your WeSwap account, you will also have the option to change your address during this process.
If you cannot see the renewal banner, please get in touch with our customer support team here confirming your address and they’ll be able to request the new card for you.
Once your card has been ordered it will be with you in 10 days.
Remember to activate it, retrieve your new pin and then it will be ready to go for your next trip!
