The legal bit
This £20 promotion (“the Promotion”) is available to new WeSwap customers only, who have been referred to the WeSwap website via the Groupon £20 offer promotional link. You must :
- Register by 30th Novemebt 2018.
- Be a new WeSwap customers only
- Be a UK resident
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Limit of 1 card per customer
- Have booked a Cathay Pacific flight between x and x
- Have signed up from the promotional link in the Cathay Pacific email, without clicking through any other referral link, and have accepted the cookie
- Have been accepted for a fully validated account
In most cases your £20 bonus will be credited to your account within 5 working days, but in exceptional circumstances may take up to 15 business days.
- Each customer is eligible for this Promotion only once. Signing up with duplicate accounts will result in the promotion being refused or withdrawn on each account.
- If you close your account and open a new one, the Promotion will no longer apply.
- WeSwap reserves the right to not apply the Promotion, or refuse a bonus, if we suspect any form of cheating, fraudulent activity, or improper use of the product.
- We reserve the right to retract the full amount of the promotional bonus if you fail to make a Card Transaction or Currency Swap Transaction within 30 days from the date the bonus arrives in your account.
- Any bonus is a non-refundable promotion.
- You are entitled to a 14-day ‘cooling off’ period from the date your account has been validated. Should you wish to close your account and cancel your card, we will issue a full refund of any loads and swap fees paid, providing the card has not been used during this period for any purchases or cash withdrawals. If you have used your card during the 14-day cooling off period for any purchases or cash withdrawals, you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees. a/ Refund requests after the 14-day cooling off period will be subject to a £5 redemption fee. b/ Refunds will only be made to the original source of the load. If you request a refund, any spent funds resulting from the £20 bonus will be deducted from the amount eligible for refund. For example, if you load £500 onto your WeSwap account, receive the £20 bonus credit, and spend £20 using your WeSwap card, you would be able to request a refund for a £480, not inclusive of any redemption fees that may apply after the 14-day cooling off period.
We reserve the right to amend, vary, or cancel these terms and conditions or to withdraw this Promotion at any time upon reasonable notice. Communication of such amendment, variation or cancellation will be added to these terms.
