Covid-19: Why can’t I sign up to WeSwap?

Like all travel businesses, we’ve been impacted by the Covid-19 crisis. In response to this, we’ve made the hard decision to temporarily stop accepting new WeSwappers.

Why have you made this decision?

With the world at a standstill, we’ve temporarily scaled down operations across the business. However, demand for WeSwap cards remains high and currently we just don’t have the capacity to process all the applications. 

We’ve made the hard decision to temporarily stop accepting new WeSwappers. We’re really sorry about this. But rest assured, once the world is moving again, we will be too.

How long will this take?

Like everybody else, we’re unsure how long the Covid-19 crisis will go on for. We’ll monitor the situation closely and once it becomes clearer when we’ll all be able to start travelling again we’ll be in touch.
