What if my contactless card is lost or stolen?

Report your lost or stolen card immediately. You will not be able to dispute contactless payments (without the use of a PIN), unless you have reported your card as lost or stolen before the transactions were made. The contact enabled part of your card (the CHIP) required a PIN entry, which means it can’t be accessed easily by anyone if you lose your card.
