How to verify your Phone number

Verifying your mobile number is easy and can be done on the website, just follow the steps below:

 From the Website:

  • Log into your account. You will see a banner saying “Have you received your WeSwap card?”. Please click on “Get started” next to it. If you don't see the banner, go in your "Profile" and click on "verify" next to your mobile number.
  • A pop up will come up showing the number you entered during the registration process, if this is correct click on “Verify”, if not please modify it first and then click on “Verify”.
  • Enter your Login password.
  • You will receive a text with a 6 digits code, enter this code and click on “Verify”.

 From the App:

  • Log into your App. You will see a banner saying “Verify your phone number”, click on it. If you don't see the banner, click on "More", then click on "Update Mobile Number" and follow the prompts.
  • A pop up will come up showing the number you entered during the registration process, if this is correct click on “Send”, if not please click on “Change my number”.
  • You will receive a text with a 6 digits code, enter this code and click on “Verify”.

Your number is now verified!

Please note that you can only verify a mobile number and this must be a mobile number with the same country prefix as the country you are registered in.
