If you’re having problems loading your WeSwap card, first check with your bank as they may be stopping the payment. Banks sometimes do this to protect you.
Things to remember when you’re loading:
- We only accept Visa or Mastercard debit cards to load your account. If you try to add money with a credit card or another prepaid card your load won’t go through.
- You can only make 5 load attempts in any 24-hour period. Try loading again 24 hours after your last load attempt.
- Make sure you’re using the correct 3D secure (Mastercard Secure Code or Visa Verified) password. If the password is not correct, you won’t be able to load your account.
- There are limits to how much you can load. The minimum amount you can load is £10 and the maximum is £3,000.

If you need money urgently, don’t forget you can load from the app with Apple Pay or Android Payor via a bank transfer. You can find the details found by selecting Bank transfer on the loading screen of the app or your dashboard.
