2 months before your card is due to expire, when you log into your WeSwap account on the web dashboard you’ll have a ‘renew my card’ banner on the top of the page. Please click on it.
We’re hoping to add this feature to the app too. We don’t have a set date yet but watch this space.
Once you click on the card renewal banner, we’ll take you through the process of renewing your card. If you have changed your address since you created your WeSwap account, you will also have the option to change your address during this process.
If you cannot see the renewal banner, please get in touch with our customer support team here and they’ll be able to help you out.
If you forget to do this, we’ve got you covered! We’ll send you an email reminder 3 weeks before the card is due to expire asking you to complete this process, ensuring your card is with you in time for your next trip.
Once your card has been ordered it will be with you in 10 days if you live in the UK and 10-15 days if you’re outside the UK.
Remember to activate it, retrieve your new pin and then it will be ready to go for your next trip.
Please remember that you won't be able to load your account if your WeSwap card is expired.
