A month before your card is due to expire we will contact you to confirm your address. You will then be sent a new card and any funds will be transferred to this new card. Please don't worry - your money is safe and will stay on the account in the meantime.
When you receive your card remember to activate it and get your New PIN. Your old PIN will not work for your replacement card.
