You can edit or amend your email on the website, we will soon have this available on the app as well.
- Log into your Dashboard and click on "Profile".
- Click on Edit/Verify next to you current registered email address and update it.
- Enter your WeSwap log in password to confirm the change. It also means we can be sure it's you that is requesting to amend your email.
- You'll receive an email to your new email asking you to "Verify your Email Now". Again, this is just for security.
- Once you verify your new email you'll be able to login with your updated email and existing password.
If you cannot access the dashboard via browser or you need help to change your email address, we can update your email for you. Please send us a message from your old email address
In the email confirm the following:
- Your full name
- Your address
- The new email address
- The balance on your WeSwap account
Once we receive your email, we will update as soon as possible.
