You can edit or change your email address on the website. We’ll soon have this available on the apps as well. To change it, just:
- Log into your dashboard and click on Profile.
- Click on Edit/Verify next to your current registered email address and make any changes you need to.
- Enter your WeSwap password to confirm the change. It also means we can be sure it's you that’s requesting the changes
- You'll receive an email to your new email asking you to "Verify your Email Now". Again, this is just for security.
- Once you verify your new email address, you'll be able to log in with your updated email and existing password.
If you can’t access the dashboard via your internet browser or you need help to change your email address, we can update your email for you. To do this, just send us a message from the email address you currently have registered and let us know the following:
- Your full name
- Your address
- The new email address
- The balance on your WeSwap account
Once we receive your email, we’ll update your info as soon as possible.
