I’ve Blocked My WeSwap Card.

Don't worry these things happen. First confirm you have the correct PIN

You can get your PIN via a text to your phone.

- In the Website, log into your account and click on the "welcome" icon on the top right of the page. There you'll see "PIN retrieval", click on it and follow the prompts. We'll then text you your PIN.

- In the App go to "MyCard" Tab, there you'll see "Get PIN", click on it and follow the prompts. We'll then text you your PIN.

Alternatively, you can call +44 20 3474 0747 and follow the instructions. You will need your card number and date of birth, and your PIN will also be read back to you once your card has been activated.

To unblock the PIN find an ATM which has the PIN unblock functionality and follow the prompts. Usually an ATM associated with a major bank will offer this service. Or you can withdraw cash with the correct PIN from an ATM, which will unblock the PIN.
