I ENTERED THE WRONG SORT CODE OR ACCOUNT NUMBER FOR MY BANK TRANSFER

If you entered an incorrect sort code, you will need to get in touch with your bank. They will be able to retrieve the funds and get them back to you. Once that’s done you can do another bank transfer to us. 

If you entered the incorrect account number please get in touch by submitting a request below, please send us a copy (using the form below) of your proof of payment along with: 

  • The amount you transferred 
  • The date of the bank transfer 
  • The reference you entered 
  • The name of the bank you transferred from (e.g. Barclays) 
  • Your bank account number and sort code 
  • The bank account number you made the transfer to
