I CAN’T SEE MY BALANCE ON MY DASHBOARD

Your balance is updated every 30 minutes and you can check it by: 

From the app: 

  • Log in to your account 
  • The balance you can see is your Home Currency balance 
  • To view the balance of your other wallets, slide the card to the left 
  • If you haven’t set up another wallet yet, when you slide to the left youll see Add a wallet  
  • Tap Add a wallet and choose which currency wallet you need from the list of hidden wallets 
  • Go back and you’ll be able to see the balance for that wallet 

From the Web dashboard: 

  • Log into your account 
  • Once in, you’ll see My Travel Wallet 
  • Under this you’ll see your home currency balance 
  • To view other currencies click Add Wallet 
  • Tick the boxes of the currencies you want to view and hit Done 
  • Your dashboard will automatically update showing you the balance for all the currencies you’ve selected
