Once you've set up and verified your account, we'll send your WeSwap card out. It should arrive within 3-5 working days in the UK, or within 10 days if you live outside the UK. Your card will be in a plain envelope with no WeSwap branding - this is for security - so keep a look out for it!
When your card arrives you’ll need to activate it online or by calling our automated voice service. Click here for more details.
Top tip: you don’t need to wait for your card to start using your account. You can load and swap while you wait to put your card straight to use when it arrives.
If your card hasn’t arrived after 10 days, please contact our Customer Support team by filling out the form here and we’ll send out a replacement card for you ASAP.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS THAT SIGNED UP OR REQUESTED REPLACEMENT/ CARD RENEWAL ON THE 1/03/2018: Customers who sign up on the 1st of March 2018 or have requested a replacement card/ card renewal will have a slight delay on receiving their card due to bad weather condition in the UK.
You should expect your card within the next 5-7 working days.
