Card delivery Q&A

When will I receive my WeSwap card?  

Once you've set up and verified your account, we'll send your WeSwap card out. It should arrive within 3-5 working days.  

Your card will be in a plain envelope with no WeSwap branding - this is for security - so keep a look out for it!  

When your card arrives, you’ll need to activate it online or by calling our automated voice service. Click here for more details.  

If your card hasn’t arrived after 7 days, please contact our Customer Support team by filling out the form here and we’ll send out a replacement card for you ASAP.  

Where can I have my card delivered to? 

For security reasons, well only send your WeSwap card to your WeSwap registered address that must be in the UK. 

Can I get my card via special/fast delivery? 

At the moment we only have a standard delivery service.
