Once you've set up and verified your account, we'll send your WeSwap card out. It should arrive within 3-5 working days in the UK, or within 10 days if you live outside the UK. Your card will be in a plain envelope with no WeSwap branding - this is for security - so keep a look out for it!
When your card arrives you’ll need to activate it by calling 020 30536610 in the UK or +44(0)20 34740747 from outside the UK, and we'll tell you your PIN when you do. Remember to have your WeSwap card handy when you call as you'll need it to activate your card.
Top tip: You don’t need to wait for your card to start using your account. You can load and swap while you wait, so you can put your card straight to use when it arrives.
If your card hasn’t arrived after 10 days, please contact our Customer Support team by filling out the form here and we’ll send out a replacement card for you ASAP.
