Once you've set up and verified your account, we'll send your WeSwap card out. It should arrive within 3-5 working days in the UK, or within 10 days if you live outside the UK. Your card will be in a plain envelope with no WeSwap branding - this is for security - so keep a look out for it!
When your card arrives you’ll need to activate it online or by calling our automated voice service. Click here for more details.
Top tip: you don’t need to wait for your card to start using your account. You can load and swap while you wait to put your card straight to use when it arrives.
If your card hasn’t arrived after 10 days, please contact our Customer Support team by filling out the form here and we’ll send out a replacement card for you ASAP.

Please note because you are receiving a brand new contactless card, delivery times will be slightly longer. While the WeSwap card normally arrives in 3-5 working days, you will receive your new Contactless card in 5 working days and at the latest it will arrive in 7 working days.
