I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD

No problem, to reset your password, just: 

  • When you go to log-in, click Forgot your password? beneath the password field 
  • Enter your WeSwap registered e-mail address and click Send email if you’re using our website or Request reset if using our app 

You’ll then be sent an e-mail with a link to reset your password, in case you don’t see the email in the main inbox please also check the junk folder 

Signed up via social media? 

If you signed up to WeSwap using either your Twitter or Facebook credentials, then you won’t have a separate WeSwap password.  To log in to your account you should use your email address and password.
