Don't worry these things happen.
The best thing to do, would be to first confirm you have the correct PIN. You can retrieve your PIN in App:
- Tap the Cards tab
- Select the card you want to retrieve the PIN for
- Select Pin Settings
- Tap on the asterisks to display your PIN securely
- Enter your passcode or the biometric authentication (if you set this up)
- Your PIN will be revealed
You can always reset your PIN attempts and unblock your PIN in App, going to the PIN Settings and clicking on Unblock PIN, then attempt the payment making a chip and PIN transaction.
