If your card is lost or stolen please block it straight away. You can do this on the App:
- Tap the Cards tab
- Select the card you want to block
- Click on Suspend WeSwap card
- Under the card, you will see that it has been suspended and you can Report the card as lost or stolen
- A pop-up will appear advising that the card will be cancelled. This action is irreversible, so be sure before continue and confirm it.
