Once you download the App and sign up, follow the prompts to create and verify your account. This should only take 2-3 minutes.
Once your account is verified, you will need to load it first, then you can request the card from the Cards tab - it will not automatically be shipped if you do not request it manually in the Cards tab.

- You'll need to double-check your registered address - which is the only one we can send the card to - and click on Submit and then confirm. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, please get in touch with us before submitting the card request.
The card arrives within 3-5 working days. It will be in a plain windowed envelope with no WeSwap branding – this is for security reason – so keep a lookout for it!
You don’t need to wait for your travel money card to start using your account. You can load and swap while you wait so when it arrives so you can put your card straight to use
You can also decide to order a virtual card while waiting for your physical card to arrive.
